Born in the Republic of Panama on November 21, 1977. She never believed she would be a writer. As a matter of fact, she was convinced she would be an Obstetrician/Pediatrician because she wanted to catch the babies as they came. in 1989 she came to the United states just before a full on invasion of Panama by the United States. The transition was not easy for her, but her rich fantasy life and the need to become proficient in English put her on a path to writing. Writing and storytelling were a rich part of her childhood fantasy life and it developed greatly. It began with Fan Fiction at http://www.fanfiction.net/~skrowling is a self-published author of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” (2005). “Virtual Reality” and Third book “Like babies and Pacifiers” ( 2014). Graduated in 2010 with a Social Sciences degree from Ashford University, and Full Sail University, with an MFA Creative writing 2012. After which she began to write on a blog almostafoodie.wordpress.com and fitbodyshae.wordpress.com soon developing a journalistic eye. In the fall of 2015, She developed a web show called Mac The Kid Scientist, which garnered national attention, when the Kid Scientist was invited on The Real and she was asked to audition for NBC's "Little Big Shots" In the spring of 2016, The web show went on a temporary hiatus, as Sheyla Returned to Full Sail University in pursuit of her New Media Journalism Masters Degree.
